About SleepLabix

SleepLabix is a small, independent project. A sleep-cycle calculator is the whole of what we do here: it suggests bedtimes and wake times that land at the end of a ninety-minute sleep cycle rather than in the middle of one. There is no account to create, no email to hand over, and no paywall hiding behind the third advert.

Why this site exists

Plenty of health and body-composition pages already exist. Most of them make you dismiss a banner, ignore a modal and scroll past filler before the tool appears. SleepLabix inverts that: the tool is the page, it suggests bedtimes and wake times that land at the end of a ninety-minute sleep cycle rather than in the middle of one, and everything else is explanation you can read or skip.

How it works

No server is involved in the arithmetic. It counts backwards or forwards from the wake or sleep time you choose in ninety-minute cycles and adds the time you usually take to fall asleep, so the suggested moment sits between cycles rather than inside one. We state the method openly because a tool that cannot explain its own answer is not much use to anyone trying to trust it.

What happens to your input

This is a local tool by construction. The time you want to wake or sleep never leaves your device; there is no endpoint to receive it and no log to read it back from. Disconnecting from the internet after the page loads changes nothing about how it behaves.

Who uses it

Who pays for this

SleepLabix is free to use and supported by advertising. Adverts are kept off the working part of the page, and no advertiser receives anything you type. If a page ever becomes slow or intrusive, that is a bug worth reporting.
