Your sleep data stays private

SleepLabix is built around a simple promise: we never learn when you sleep. The calculator runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your wake time, bedtime, and cycle choices are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers.

There is no account, no sync, and no upload. Close the page and your times are gone. If you clear your browser data, any locally stored preference is cleared as well.

Information we collect

Cookie consent. When you accept the cookie notice, your browser stores a small cookie so we do not show the notice again. It contains no sleep data.

Aggregated analytics. Like most sites, we may collect anonymous, aggregated data such as which pages are visited and how often. This helps us understand how the tool is used. It cannot be traced back to you or to any individual sleep schedule.

We do not collect your name, email, or any health-related personal data unless you choose to email us.

Advertising

SleepLabix may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. Those networks may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not by this one.

You can usually control interest-based advertising through your browser settings or the opt-out tools provided by the networks themselves.
